I'm not biased, because I've played dozens of korean mmorpg's and I didn't compare it to Ragnarok 1.
I don't know how to say it else, but this game is lacking "soul" everything in this game feels so pointless.

I originally think that RO1 was unique and a MMO of its own kind while RO2 is such a steep climb to the next level. As it has lost potential in many original RO players, I still prefer playing RO1 regardless of its graphics and retro gameplay.
Basically, just like diablo 2 vs diablo 3. D2 game play blows D3 out of the gutter by a long run.
