Not at all. I believe in low/mid rate servers, donations aren't supposed to be big game changing as much as high ratesuper high rates. At this tier of server, it all comes down to skill. It's mainly just over up'd BG equips that everyone's rocking and the sets are just so easy to obtain if you BG for maybe like 30mins-1hr.

But like I said in my thread, donation items are obtainable in-game by trading in gold/silver coins. Those coins are obtainable throughout events and such and nontransferable, meaning you can't buy gold/silver coins. They also have a Card Exchanger and what it does is exchange your level 25+ useless cards for points. Trade the points for Gold/Silver coins. Profit.
