hey
new to this game, can anyone suggest a good origin / race / ect.. for a new player to start out with
or ones not to use?

High elves or Bahmi, they can use leap skill, great for taking shortcuts and it has short cooldown.

Well, it depends on what you like. Make one of each class, level it to 10 or so. Then decide what one you like the most. The races are just really for looks/lore. Doesn't make a difference what one you choose really.
