Im going to start to play Rift now that it's free to play, and I have a few questions. And I want your guys opinions.

1. A PvP server means you are forced to have PvP toggled in the open world? Is that the only difference?

2. Does anyone know about the ratios for each faction in any of the PvP servers? (example: 2:1 Guardians to Defiant)

3. Is there any major difference besides the races in Guardians vs Defiant?

Anything I should know?

1) Yes, the only real difference is that your PvP toggled all the time in open-world aside from probably starting zones; Freemarch/Silverwood, as well as in neutral/capitol cities.

2) I can't help you with this, and I'm unsure if anything has been posted about this, least to my knowledge there isn't anything.

3) There aren't really any differences that I can notice. Each side has basically all the same OoC abilities depending on which race ya choose. Also the only other passive abilities are PvE based.. kind of.
