you should go to the official forums of riftgame and look under Classes of Telara and look for guides for your class
as goes for leveling up its pretty easy, just complete a bunch of quests and you will recieve an quest for a new zone
you can also do Instant Advantures to get exp , solo or with a bunch of other people
there is rifts and dungeons to lvl up with aswell so it shouldnt be boring at all
