wanted to ask you about pvp on pve servers. How does that actually look like?
While playing on PVE server, and being not flagged for PVP can anyone attack me anywhere? Can I attack anyone, anywhere? And if I am flagged for PVP can I attack whoever I want or only people who are also flagged for PVP?
What about this around PVP rifts? PvP dailies? Or is it like that higher lvl areas are forcing you to be flagged for pvp?

if you are not flagged on pve server, nobody can attack you. if you are flagged on pve server, you can only attack others that are flagged also. if you participate in a pvp rift, it auto flags you, if you participate in pvp dailies, (some of them) auto flag you.
there are no areas as of right now that auto flag you as far as zones.

You can also turn auto-flag off so you don't accidentally flag when you don't want to. (Like tossing someone a heal that's flagged, use to [don't know if it still does] auto-flag you)
If you turn Auto-flag off, you can still flag by typing /pvp

When you want to unflag, you've got to wait for a timer (I think it's 10m but not sure) before you are unflagged, any PvP action will cause this timer to reset.
You cannot heal someone that is flagged if you are not flagged. (This applies to al buffs/cleanses/etc...)
You CAN heal someone that isn't flagged if you are flagged.
