there is an in game looking for group tool that will help. posting here is mostly useless for that

As above, use the LFG tool. Quick key "I"

Or use /4 i believe it is for lvl 1-29 chat, youll find alot of people your level in that chat.

Might wanna queue for multiple roles (if your not already) to help w/ queue times.
