im new to rift, ive learned mining on lvl 32 and in my actual lvling locations there is nothing i could use this skill on, since my minig skills are to low.

is there any way to improve my mining skill except going back to low lvl locations ?

you can buy lower level ore and turn em into bars, but lower level area is way to go
