Its possible. My rouge was so much run I think I did 90% of leveling in PvP. Cleric I've spents the last 5's of a lvl in pvp. Its possible for sure.

EDIT: Also good if you can buddy up with someone and PvP with them. I enjoy doing it that way.

Use vent and go hardcore a few rounds or just F around.

Possible, even more fun with someone.
