I was on the edge of playing and quitting, actually towards playing.
Then it made me update, and now I can't get it to work, no help in Support, etc.

I can log on JUST fine. In fact, i just did.

Restart your computer, re-try the update...your internet might of just had a bad connection to the rift servers.
