Alright after a few tries we finally got this done, tested and confirmed as of 4/5 (patch 1.1)
First thing's first, you need to be minimum req to enter Realm of the fae (lvl 15 iirc). Have a lvl 50 w/ you or a few of them, or anyone for that matter that can kill rotf fast (I had 3 level 50's with me, was fast ass exp).
The lvl 15 leaves party once inside RotF, and starts to "tag" mobs, by this I mean you hit it first so the health bar stays green for you while the level 50 finishes it off.
If done correctly, the level 15 will gain full exp, you have 60 seconds to rejoin party, on bosses unless the lvl 50 is overgeared to all hell, you must stay partied.
You can do this all the way up to level 40, I went 15-40 in a day just having my guild plvl me. RotF > DD > FC > KB > LH (this one I skipped) > AP/CC
You keep doing the same dungeon until you hit min req to enter the next. Also Have the lowbie be the leader of the party and the one who enters all dungeons first.
Glitches:
The only glitch I'm going to share with you guys is one that may be patched very soon if not today, reason I'm sharing it is because I want it to become so overused they HAVE to patch it.
This is the 2handed/offhanded glitch, wearing a 2 handed w/ an offhand (useful for clerics/mages/warriors).
Put the extra item you want to equip in your bank. Then fill your character bags up with whatever so there aren't any empty slots. Then drag the item from your bank onto the empty equip area and it will lock in because there isnt any room in your inventory.
This means if your inventory is full and you drag and drop an off-hand into your offhand slot while wearing a 2handed, or drag and drop a 2h over existing items it stacks the weapons and allows you to equip things in combinations that you shouldn't be able to. Remember you MUST use your bank, or this will not work.
This exploit has been out since Alpha, it is not new. This should have been patched a long time ago I'm sick of people using it, so I'm going to spread the living daylights out of it.
Enjoy, donations are welcomed for the info, but its freely given so have fun.
