need 2 warrior specs, 1 for soloing, 1 for tanking dungeons
prefer the melee specs, but if the ranged one is much better ill try it
would like a rough guideline for what abilities to obtain and the order to obtain them
also what skills i should be using the most
brief explanation of why this is the best would be nice to

rotation:
Plague Bringer, 3 pt Lightning Burst, Soul Sickness, Necrotic Wounds, Blood Fever, Earth Burst, Thunder Strike, Thunder Strike, Thunder Strike, Lightning Burst, Thunder Strike, Thunder Strike, Thunder Strike, loot mobs. Use MotA as needed (Usually only if you have a hard pull or messed up pulling and got massive expose stacks on you). Use Rift Surge over Lightning Strike if you have over 7 mobs.

Use flame spear/flame burst as your main attacks until you've got other abilities.

basic idea is to do pulls of 2-3 mobs when possible, on higher levels you can handle 4. it's a ranged specc unfortunately but I felt it was very strong. you should use sword+shield since it helps alot with tanking multiple mobs and your attacks don't really benefit from 2handers.

come on guys only 1 ranged one so far?

Just go rift/reaver for soloing, you get your full AoE-rotation at lvl 25. Fastest soloer in the game, you should be able to pull 6-7 mobs at once. Use 2h.
