Should I reinstall possibly?

i found a few steps to help on the rift forums, and i stoppped and restarted several times, finally got it fully downloaded then got an error basically telling me to redownload the entire thing.. /sigh

Im reinstalling :\
i might have just needed to restart comp but Restarted now Reinstalling xD

believe i just saw an update that said they put in a download for ppl having a ton of errors..idk
