I got to level 9 and then took a break.

It looks like a pretty good game so far.

people keep saying, "oh it's just copying wow"

Be that as it may, it isn't wow and its nice to change things up every now and then.

Everything is a copy of WoW technically, because of how ground-breaking it was for the MMO genre.

God if someone compares another MMO to WoW I dunno what I'll do.

WoW wasn't that innovative, but Rift has just the right amount of freshness with the correct balance of old st'uff imo.

Game looks meh at best, just another shitty pay to play mmo that will die.

I don't play WoW anymore - I actually hate it, but theres a fucking reason it's as successful as it is... because it was so ground breaking. The MMO's it had to compete with at the time were ones like EQ and SWG which were both dying. It brought new gameplay elements to the MMO genre that paved the way for all new MMOs since. Learn something before just trying to talk shit, it just makes you look arrogant and childish.

Very polished for being beta. There are so many different types of classes you can play!
I'm only in it for the PvP, I have yet to try the dungeons.

I'm kinda apprehensive though about it being so polished in the beta phase. Makes me think that they kind of already have their mindsets on certain gameplay mechanics and won't be willing to change them if the players dont like it

Hi, what the fuck did WoW bring that was new? You must be young or it was just your first mmo? Also you didn't say anything in your post justifying what you said but you talk shit back, makes you look childish.

The fact that it is successful is not what made it ground breaking, so connect some logic plz. And don't start bringing up features that came after the first expansion. GOOD LUCK
