Hmm like 250 or so? You're not going to be doing amazing dps, a large reason for this being that a lot of your gcd's wont be used for damage. And you're going to miss Raid bosses A LOT. My char only has 120 focus or so which drops the dps significantly though.

I've had Healing touch crit just over 1k in raids b4 tho

Chloro's are more support like bards are.

The best healing set up in a T2 expert is usually a Cleric as Sentinel or Warden + a Chloro.

PvP in WF's at 50 consists of half warriors, half rogues.

If your class uses mana, you're fucked. (not as bad if you're a mage with necro or warlock). If you play a cleric in a WF, you might as well just AFK. Because you won't do anything.

Not really. Everyone i know, myself included would take a chloro over a cleric if the bard was the 2nd healer. And if you want a chloro + a cleric then its apples and oranges as to which you call the main healer. I'd say the chloro for sure since when im grouped with a cleric hes doing the spot healing and so forth while im focusing on keeping the tank etc alive.
