Ok I play a rogue so I can answer most of these questions
1. For MM, if you are going bow, the GSB is #1, followed by ROS, then durnes
2. Melee weapons I THINK the axe from warmaster has the best stats pre hk (or the one from I think duke)
Archbow proc adds like 7-10 dps
