Aion is a utter failure, it should be F2P.

WoW is garbage, should be F2P up until the latest xpac, when the game matters.



Actually, no mmo should be free. It would weed out the shitfests that are F2P garbage. Did you know most F2P are not even truly F2P? You need to make micro transactions to compete to be the top or best, or just have the basic privileges of a basic game, like chatting.

Why bother calling a game F2P when it is a total grindfest if you do not shop exp boosters, need to buy items to talk in chat, and need to buy specific crafting items?


Rift is fine being p2p, everything is obtainable through player effort for 15$ a month, when I went through a rough estimate of microtransactions making a few appearances in chat and buying the needed consumables for a week of pvp or pve content. About 45$.
