This.

Rift is just like every other mmo. You'll be grinding, mining, crafting, selling shit on AH, questing, raiding, and pvping just like wow.

Whether or not it's "better" than wow is up to you.

It's not so bad. Aside from crappy name selection only two months in, it's a decent game so far.

I kinda made the same mistake. However I had fun for the first month, just too bad I couldn't resist subscribing for 3 months. Real Life is just so much more fun ;O

Overall it's a great game though. I'm just not that much into gaming anymore.
