i was thinking like, stack those wooden boxes whatever their name is, on top of each other and fill the layers with soil etc

i dont have much space though, like 1x1m squared, so i guess i could put 4 boxes or so on each floor. also that part of the apartment has sun from like 7~11am

can this work and if so, what to plant ?

1) vegi, grow outside
2) weed, yes yes
3) indoor plants
4) herbs

wood box sounds not watertight

incense helps them grow. co2 is utilized.
