Well, now that the new legacy ladder is upon us, what I love is listening to science podcasts, talks, and interviews.
Here's one that is getting me through the normal grind phase of a new ladder.

I am in awe that this actually took place. I feel as if I am sleeping and it is within a dream that our species is moving towards fusion as an energy source. For primates, we do invent/engineer interesting things.

im not impressed i mean if true, it does mean they are on the right track, but thats about it

them saying "we got more energy than we input into the lasers" doesnt mean that much, the only thing that would be an actual breakthrough is "we got more usable energy than we invested in total"

also with our governments going ham on our taxpayer money to fund the fucking ukraine that i couldnt give less of a fuck about, im really uneasy around trigger words like "this will help us fight the climate crisis, pls fund us" and stuff like that
