I want to learn about the human body and how everything within our body works. I'm highly interested in learning about syndromes, illnesses, diseases, mental illnesses, all that stuff.

I wanted to know if any of you have some books to suggest. Preferably something at an easy understanding level.

Or even documentaries. Anyyything.

Thank you in advance.

I would start with anatomy and physiology texts.
I'm sure you could find a quality one that would be used in a standard college course.
