So my girl has sonny xperia m4 aqua.. and it just shut down.. its fully charged (coz it shut down while on charger) and now its not fucking replying to anything... any ideas?

ps we tried all remove sim put it in stuff and all....

Remove the battery and sim and try to turn it on while plugged in. If it doesn't turn on then some hardware is defective.
