I'm trying to reinstall D2 on my new computer. The issue is that anytime I try to open the downloader, nothing happens and my downloads folder freezes so that I have to force quit it and I'm stuck with a blizzard launcher in the processes page that isn't doing anything.

I'm running Windows 7 if that helps anyone.
