You need a computer to run a body without a brain, computer has no personality though.

A computer can still run processes without a keyboard, webcam, microphone, etc. As long as processes were started before the disconnection. The question assumes personality which, yes, must have had input to develop. Personality is in the brain. The brain is our ram, processor, etc. The body is just our highly advanced peripheral devices.
