So i bought a new asus zenfone 2 and it arrived but wouldnt make any noise from the speaker... i called customer support and they sent me a brand new one which also wont make any noise.

I am starting to think its human error rather than faulty hardware, anyone had this problem or experience with the phone?
About to just return them both and get something else.
Pretty disappointed.
