Well... tomorrow I'm gonna be having a Cystoscopy done. I was wondering a few things. Like if it was painful, or of any major issues known after it was done. Any help would be nice. Kinda really nervous.

It's quite painful, have no doubts on that.
Having a foreign object shoved up your urethra is quite painful due to it not being an entry hole, not meant for it.
I had no issues afterwards aside from relatively large amounts of discomfort.
I suppose you do risk urinary tract infection if it isn't properly taken care of though
