my labtop no longer noticed my mouse, its a usb plug in mouse, it has worked on my labtop before and currently stopped. i cannot figure out why. any suggestions?

plug into another usb port if you have or just wiggle it (the connector) a bit
have had connector/port problems with a mouse myself

wired/wireless?
wired take the end of the cord and swing around really fast and find something hard to stop it from moving.
wireless i think you will have to be more creative.


but on a serious note i would say find the device driver and install it. clean off the censor, jiggle the wire. if wireless look online foe the reciever part that is compatible to your device and buy it.
probly the reciever if your mouse sill works.
