Do you know if any of these devices work?
Just cause someone made it and patented it - doesn't mean it would actually do anything.
All you would need to do is have 1 - 2 interested people - like the US Military or some rich nut job.

i bet some or most of them work to some extent

are they capable of turning everyone into your personal servants? most likely not.

At least 10 of those "patents" have nothing to do with the modern day semantics of the word "mind-control"
