Ive recently built a PC and im using an AMD FX-9590 as my CPU.
Im running high temps while playing simple games such as Don't Starve or even Halo 1
Im using a Antec KUHLER H2O 650 Water/Liquid CPU Cooler 120MM.
Im certain that it isn't enough for my CPU.
I would appreciate any suggestions for a high performance liquided cooled CPU fan.

Your computer shouldn't need liquid cooling to play halo 1 lol, you ovb got your fans pulling and sending air the wrong way. Look up some good air dynamics for your tower model. set your fans accordingly/

dont use a liquid cooling system? get a bigger fan or heat sink? check thermal paste connection.

sounds like a mechanical issue. dust that's obvious but a lot of times isn't so obvious from first glance. is the heat sink perfectly flush with the cpu head?
