What would be the most effective FREE way to advertise online selling a solar panel system in southern california, as an independant canvassing sales representative?

I currently work for a solar company named Peak Power Solutions. I have been canvassing for their company for close to 6 months now and on average I pull 15 to 25 confirmed at the door leads.

I want to maximize the opportunity for pulling leads as much as possible, because generating and selling leads myself allows for very large rewards. Any suggestions on how I could:

Locally advertise solo energy evaluations that cost nothing to have a technician come to your door with the intention of evaluating your utility usage to qualify for a solar system at zero cost etc etc etc.

or

advertise online / social media sites ie. Facebook twitter etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I only actually spend 15 hour to 30 hours a week canvassing and knocking on doors. In between that time I'd like to be advertising and answering phone calls from interested homeowners who already qualify and want to sign up. I'm simply running out of areas in southern California where I can know on a door and 1/100 homeowners are interested but only 5 qualify. So it's very frustrating going home after 8 hours of canvassing with two leads that don't show or even sell.

Anything would help. Thank you!

The fact you asked this question worries me why and how are you working as a marketing manager for this company.

"I currently work for a solar company named Peak Power Solutions. I have been canvassing for their company for close to 6 months now and on average I pull 15 to 25 confirmed at the door leads. "

And now he's asking how to market the company.

Seems to me, marketing manager.

This. He's a cold-calling sales rep. Horrible job for anyone who isn't a horrible person.

Rofl, why would a sales representative take on a marketing project for a business or company?

Learn Logic.

For the same reason that a sales representative would go door to door advertising for a business or company.
