My first pair of beats broke are the connection part so they can turn.
So I got them replaced.
This new pair broke within 5 minutes of having them
One of my "earcups" has stopped working I can only hear from the left side.
My phone isn't on mono or balanced to the left.
I've tried changing the chords.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like they may be defective with either a short wire or bad weld, chances are something came loose where the jack input is, I'd just take them back and get them replaced again

don't buy junk brands like beats with the money

This, Beats sucks ass as far as sound quality goes, just look it up in places like head-fi.org. You can have a better sound from brands like Sennheiser, Shure, Audio Technica etc for half the price... Not to mention the countless counterfeit Beats headphones

the beats were a gift and i enjoy the look of them.

can i take them to like the source and have them fix it?
cause their limited edition and i actually really like them.
