Can anyone give me a itneresting topic in science perferably related to medicine field

I have an assignment due in my public speaking class and i intend to talk about scientific theories/hypothesis

U dont have to go in depth, You can just state the titl of the theory and i will do my research!

Look into biocomputing. It's more biology than medicine related but its an interesting topic that could be very relavent in the not to distant future.
