fun every once in awhile. do too much too often, it'll mess with your dopamine/serotonin levels. Personally, I like to save mine for one perfect day in the Spring, and I'll throw a frisbee, walk to the art museums, and play with my friends' dog. Being outdoors is nice. I don't seek enlightenment or anything of that nature, and I don't think you'll find it. It lends an interesting perspective on the world, but the insight gained is, in my experience, the result of being dumbed down to thinking the mundane awesome. We were astounded my friend could string together coherent sentences and untangle knots... so... yeah.
This is pretty accurate. You're fascinated by really simple shit. I once spent 15 minutes just staring at a river thinking about how cool it was that water moved like that.
It's a fun experience, and I won't recommend against it, but if you're seeking actual enlightenment you should probably look elsewhere.
Also, before you do anything, do some research on what to expect/how much to take etc. You put your mind in a very sensitive state when you're tripping, and it can seem scary if you have no idea what's happening.
