I doubt this is the right sub forum but I didn't see any med section and science is sorta close to that
I just had a nosebleed that was bleeding profusely
Then I got really light headed and dizzy
My fingers were tingling and I had trouble gripping objects
I had tunnel vision and felt like passing out

This all happened after I smoked 3 cigs ( inhale/exhale through nose )
I think I may have been dehydrated as I had very little water today and 3 things of coffee earlier
I'm drinking water now and the feeling subsided but I was just wondering if that's normal I guess
E and I ate very little today

nosebleed was from smoke irritation most likely.

depending on what you mean by "profusely" the blood loss explains the dizzy/weakness/tingling.

the lack of water also probably dried out your nasal passages which helped cause the nose bleed.

the lack of food is somewhat irrelevant.

if getten nosebleeds and being light headed and tingling body parts was normal i dont think we should drive and talk on cellphones anymore.
dont sound good but i think you'll live just get hydrated again if your still alive and ask a doctor if you should worry.
if it continues i would go to the hospital immediately. tingling hands and weakness could be signs of a stroke.

You can get a stroke at 20?
I think it will be fine but also at the end of the nosebleed a large rush of blood came out and got all over my shirt and then it was done

you can have a stroke at any age. the chances of this being stroke related though are very slim.

blood loss/drop in blood pressure explain all of the problems.

smoking/dehydration explain the nose bleed.

feel free to go see a doctor about it but with the information you provided thats about the best guess i can make.

Smoking + coffee + dehydration = thinned, oxygen starved blood.
It's your brain responding to being oxygen starved. Can lead to brain damage if you keep it up.

Most likely low blood pressure. I've had this same experience while smoking with the same hydration conditions etc, though my nose didn't bleed. It was about a year ago and hasn't happened since, but you should check it out with a doctor just in case you need your blood pressure monitored.

it may seem obvious but try avoiding smoking 3 cigs in a row through the nose. not trying to tell you to quit but that much smoking in a short amount of time can fuck you up
