So...I built a new computer and I do not know how to get my music from my iPhone 5 to my computer, hopefully with all the tracks named correctly if possible. Any help?

Anyway the files are stored with apparently random file names. Inside these files are ascii strings which contain information such as track title, artist name, etc. Also included is your email address and real name. When you move the files, parse them for this information and change the file-name and ID3 tags according. I would also overwrite your personal information with X's. I've written an application to automate this process but I guess you wouldn't be interested in it since:
