i got an issue with it.


ive looked up things to possibly help (stay hydrated, make sure its not sinus related, sleep on your back)

it dont seem to help =\

you can get one of those mouth pieces. its supposed to push your jaw forward more so your throat isnt so closed. i snore to bro lol

lol she got used to it after a while. the mouth piece is like a mouthgaurd looking thing. they MIGHT sell it at some stores but im not sure
