Why is fluorine pronounced fluoreen
Chlorine pronounced Chloreen
Bromine pronounced bromeen
But Iodine pronounced Iodine

because Chlorine and Bromine are double syllabic words, and Iodine has multiple syllables so the inflection is on the first syllable not the second one.
