I moved my apartment around and i unplugged my cable box and now that i put it back together its not booting up properly. It is saying NO DATA and i cant watch any shows. The guide has just NO DATA in all the tv show slots. I can watch my dvr stuff but i cant seem to figure out why its not working now. I also dont understand the charter.com website. Usually you have a online rep I can chat with but i cant find the option on the web site. anyone of assistance?

usually when u unplug the box, it loses its 'data' for the guide. give it like an hour or so and it should start filling in the guide.

/e make sure ofc the cable is plugged back in.
