so there are lines going up and down my monitor insanely fast its almost like the lines are flashing. the games are playable. but the lanes are insanely noticeable. it also did it on my other monitor to.

my graphics card is radeon hd 7770.
monitor is AOC 2343 <-(I believe thats it)
My maximum reported refresh rate is 75hz.
When i try to play games like Diablo 3, the lines show up and its completely bugging. I turn on vsync they're still there. It's only when I play games though.

can you describe the lines in more detail?

not much to desribe. its just skinny greyish lines that move up or down the screen really fast while playing the game. its not a graphical glitch or anything. it does this with every game.

Try changing the refresh rate.
