the 4s is 100 bucks.

Get something from walmart, the straight talk plans are 45 a month for unlimited talk,text,data. They sell smartphones too, just not iphones n shit.
Unless you meant the PHONE itself and not the plan, then get an old Iphone, just got a i4 for 100 before 5 was released, imagine its cheaper now.
