I am having problems with Hotspot Shield.

I am realm down on U.S. West, & heard that hotspot may help someone get around the r/d.

I downloaded & ran it, & it lets me connect to U.S. East without any problems. But, when I try to connect to U.S. West, it gets stuck at the "connecting to battle.net..." screen & won't move forward.
