Whats a good wesbsite with a good structured plan to learn this software, I need to be comfortable using it within a week.

I know a week is a short time to learn. I just finished an Associates in Computer Networking, although it did cover a little bit of MS Server it was about 3 years ago that I took that class, and had to work so I couldn't finish school until recently.

I am highly experienced with Windows Operating systems, I'm broke though, and need to learn this for a job, so I can't pay for a class.

I don't need to learn advanced things, just all the basics. Donating for good guide/website for step by step tutorials.

Also need to learn SQL basics, but that isn't critical, I have experience with other databases.

I need to learn all this for a job at Symantec, they are interested in hiring me for a intermediate position, but their only concern is my windows server, active directory and SQL experience, even though demonstrating it to them with not using it in 2-3 years I was able to muddle through it, and what they wanted me to do.

windows server is the same as windows.
i believe there are built in tools for managing websites
also managing users in the AD

the thing with AD is:
all workstations are connected to the server via eithernet or wifi.
any user can use their credentials to log on to any computer on the network
-if its the first time logging on to the workstation then this will create a profile for that user and keeps the settings when they log off.
-if its a user returning to a workstation it loads the settings and config.

at least this is the just of it... i dont really remember... and im going on 3 hours sleep

That is a good brief description. Note you could also setup roaming profiles with AD so if people do not have assigned computers their profiles can be stored on a server. This allows them to login on any computer and have their documents folder, desktop, favorites anywhere in the company.

Another main part of using AD and being on a domain is group policies, allowing for centralized management of groups/policies.
