Sounds to me like some tectonic activity cracked open a natural gas reservoir and is allow its contents to seep to the surface.

Lady says her house moves and bubbles escape.

That's my take on it based on this video.

yeah maybe some volcanic activety ..wait for a big cloud of gas come along and kill a town..everyone would drop dead if gas stayed low to ground ...but nothing to worry about lol

The temperature from the seepage would skyrocket.

Meaning, if their was a sharp increase in overall temperature of the vents, then I would consider it a volcano.

As is there isn't enough compelling evidence to suggest it is.
