Ok so me and my sister got windows 7 laptops and, same internet Belkin.8ca Router with Wave broadband internet modem, and when i connect mine to the internet hers will disconnect with a error mark and vise versa

what error? perhaps you two are getting assigned the same ip address. you can always go into router settings and manually give your computer one ip address and your sisters another.
