I really really need to back up my phone, i have photo's on their that are career changing (I'm a tattooist and ALL my photos are on there)
And i have hundereds of texts that are valuable, such as details of people etc etc etc.

However my phone is in a state where all it says is 'Charge Only'
It will charge with a USB but won't connect, i have also tried a different cable

It looks like my only option is to send it away but I'm not going to do that as if i lose everything i will have a lot of problems.

Is there a way i can back up my photo's and texts without accessing the phone? I'd do anything

if you take it to a verizon store, they might be able to transfer photos/ringtones/music from phone to phone using a special machine. I don't remember if the phone has to be on for it to work but its worth a shot.

if its stored on the phone's memory then i'd think the only hope would be to fix the phone or get an expert to transfer the memory part into a working phone, either way costly, but I'd keep looking around for options

for future reference you should back up everything on more than one location. theres a bunch of free ways ex: google cloud

my brother was in a similar situation once and it sucked pretty bad. he lost his college thesis on a flash drive and basically had to retype it. =[
