what seems more promising is his radiowave transmitter working for potentially all forms of cancer, and not as energy godsend to replace oil since, as it was not mentioned in the clip, it takes more energy to dissociate aqueous solutions of sodium chloride at normal sea water concentrations into hydrogen and oxygen, although its still amazing, but more thought provoking if anything.
