anyone know of any exciting uses of fluorescent molecules or proteins?

it is a very small portion of an assignment, but i wouldnt mind this being an interesting topic for fluorescence.

You've pretty much nailed it.

It's widely used as a tracking method for various biological processes.

Marking proteins is starting to become all the rage with this technology.

Another neat application is tracking plasmids to make sure your little petri dish is doing what you intended.

ya main emphasis of thing is on fluorescent dyes and a helicase. just want to start off with something to hopefully get me relaxed lol

/e maybe i can do both but ill have to figure out how to get youtube vid into ppt.
