I wasn't sure where I should post this, and technology seemed to be my best bet (this or computer hardware discussion).

Any way, I've had the same phone for the past 3 or 4 years, and I kind of want, though don't really need, to get a new one.

I'm looking for a decent phone that can be bought, in store or on eebay whichever, for fairly cheap. It also has to be unlocked as I don't have a major contract like AT&T, Sprint, Verizon etc.
The most I'm willing to pay is $200, but really hope I can find something around $100.

craigslist and call whichever company the phone belongs to and check the serial number before purchasing. if its been reported stolen or in some cases has built up charges(cdma phones only i think) it will be blacklisted.

The Nokia C3-00 should be within your budget.
