Could a fetus be pregnant while still inside the womb? If so, who would the father of that baby be?

the sex organ of a fetus is not fully develop, thus cannot be pregnant.

yet, there are rare cases that during embryonic development of twins, one of them "somehow" get into the body of the other twin.

i said it was rare, never heard of triplets (not that i know of). Anyway the twin that got into the fetus will die anyway, usually calcified.

your idea is like ancient scholar thinking that there is a little man within a sperm, the "homoculus"
