I used to do it... You can start from a seed at first, its quicker to make clones though.

You just take some rooting gel, dip it in, plant it, or you can start the roots in water first.... If you know someone with a plant, just get them to cut you some clones.

Use more blue spectrum light for the vegetative stage, and more red for the budding stage.

For the budding stage, if you want to get any sufficient amount, you will need very high intensity lighting thats more intense than the sun.

Avoid using chemical fertilizers that contain phosphorus or other chemicals because they are very unhealthy, and if you do use them, make sure to flush the soil with water just prior to budding.
